What defines a good leader?

  1. leadership isn't just abouty being number one or about making others obay you.It needs alot more features and qualities such as: honesty, secretariat,and good conduction.A good leader should think about others before he thinks about himself.He/She should keep his/her crew's spirit high.Thats whate make a good leader in my point of view.

  2. A good leader is very important in a group, especially in a group which contains many people, because a good leader can lead team member to unite ideas and action. In my opinion, a good leader must be a kind, selfless, and patient people. He/She must consider everyone's idea carefully. A good leader also should be very confident, because he/she should have a great courage to solve problems when team members have some differences. Finally, he/she shpuldn't be lazy, a lazy people can not do anything good.

  3. From the beginning of the humanity, a leader was and still important. There are many leaders in the world and each one of theme has a strengths and weaknesses. From my point of you, a good leader has to have a particular skills and knowledge in order to make him able to lead different kinds of people.
    A good leader is a person who is always patient and relaxed when he try to solve a problem. Also, he must be respectful and appreciated person because of his education, knowledge and experience, not because of his money or his name “Social Status”, a good leader should be from the poor or medial class to be aware about all the society issues for all classes.

  4. A good leader should be someone who can deal with the relationship between leader and workers. We are able to be more efficient when we have a good mood. So a good leader is able to deal with conflicts and relationship problems.
    Another important quality for a good leader is balancing effectiveness and efficiency. A good leader needs to use limited resources to get the job done. They decide how to reach the goal. Therefore they must have abundant experiences.

  5. A good leader must have a lot of excellent qualities. I think the quality for willing to devote himself is important. Only the person who has this good quality, he could ever be a gooa leader and people will love him. Another one is that a leader he must could lead people to get out of trouble. And he could give us the correct suggestion. The third quality is that he must be full of love. If he does like this, all the people will admire and follow his orders. Our country will become better and better.

  6. I think very reliable person can be a leader. Leader is the top of a group, so it is very difficult task. Also a good leader need a sense of responsibility. I was a president of tennis clib when i was in high school. It was so hard for me because I have to take care all members by myself. Then I learned thet a sense of responsibility is very important as a president. In addition, the skill of unification is also good for leader. The person who have all of above can be awesome leader.

  7. A good leader must have some brilliant features in his body. First of all, organizing activities and lead people to accomplish them are necessary for a good leader. You should be the Number One in your team and arrange all the things regularly, your members in the team will believe you and obey your order. Then, a good leader should have the ability to acquaint each member's thought and emotion. For instance, if the lead doesn’t know their opinions or ignore them, this team will be in a state of disunity and led to failure in the end. Finally, a good temper is essential for a good leader. If the lead always has bad temper to his members, they will be angry to this lead. In conclusion, being a good lead is everyone's class in their lives.

  8. We never lack of heros and leaders in our society and daily life. Do you want to be one of them? It is not difficult. Fistly, a leader need to be decisive. He always make a decision but not doing the speicific works. Secondly, a leader need to be confident. Always, aleader represents a emotion of the whole team, once he fell sadness, the team is going to be negtive. Lastly, a leader should be friendly. A leader, like a mucilage, connects all the team members. He communicating with all the members and making decisions via a way need to be friendly. Thus,the team can be in a harmony work environment and drive effectivel and efficially. Once you equip the three things, you are a leader.

  9. Definition of a good leader have been changed for a century. In the past, leaders who can lead people in a right direction by himself were favored leader. However, as society becomes more complex and as people can more express their opinion, people who can integrate many fields or opinion is favored thesedays. People who have at least two major can have more chances to be a leader. A good leader should have ability to integrate Humanities and Engineering, and a good leader is the person who use reasons and emotions properly.

  11. A leader needs to have three important skills which are leadership, admitting his or her mistake, and finding out strong points his staff. First, the leadership needs the person who has ability to lead the ship throughout the storm. For example, if a company is facing a recession, a leader has to be calm, point out company’s problems and he or she decides exactly how to rebuild the company. Next, the leaders need to admit their mistake to improve themselves. To illustrate, when people try to warn a leader that he is making a mistake in the trade, and he doesn’t consider his mistake, they can become a fall guy in his trade. Finally, the leader needs to find out strong points his staff. It means the leader creates a suitable environment so that the workers may develop their skills. For these skills, a leader will be become successful leader in his or her job.

  12. I believe that leader should be powerful brave and smart.That person who was a leader,he or she should be strong and powerful, can do and finish things which normal people can not and never do. The leader should be brave, do not afraid of problems.Finally, the leader must be a smart person. The leader should let many people follow him or her.

  13. The leaders have a lot of responsibilities which put them in the sensitive situations to choose the best decision for people and society. On the other hand, the successful leader has many characteristics that are so important such as direct communicating with people because leaders can know what is problem in the society and how they can fix it. In addition, they have wisdoms. Second, I like the leader who is working to develop the services and support the talent people.

  14. A successful leader is not only the person who performs well in the group but also a person who could lead the group to get rid of dangerous situations. Many people think that outstanding intelligence, extreme brave and the strong body are constituent parts of a good leader. I don’t agree this opinion very much. If a man or woman who has above traits he or she must be a hero instead of a successful leader. A good leader may not stand out of the rest people in his or her group but he or she should be kind and has the ability to negotiate with people when they have argument with each other. The leader has to collect everyone’s opinions and organize them. Finally, he or she makes the right decision. When the people in the group with the same goal everyone could contribute themselves to fulfill this destination. This group would get success easily. In other words, a good leader, like lubricant oil which makes the machine move well, organize different opinions and makes the group work better .

  15. It is difficult to judge a leader whether he/she is good because every one has his/her opinion. As far as I concerned, A good leader should have organizing ability. He/She can organize capable people together as a group, and great members are basic equipments of a great group. Second, a good leader should has a ability of assuming responsibilities. He/She would not shirk responsibilities, or just let his/her group members bear responsibilities. Of course a good leader not only strict with the team members, but also strict with himself/herself. In addition, a good leader should have logical thinking, so he/she can make a complete and detailed plan. A leader also should know how to concert the relationship between members because unite is a very important thing for a team. A leader is to a group what a conductor is to a musical band.

  16. Leadership is very important to be a good leader; however, I think a good leader has to be honest. The leader can affect many people, so a leader has to tell them honestly. If a leader is a liar, he or she cannot be a good leader. A good leader tries to make people to believe and follow the leader. A good leader has to persuade his or her members, and then the leader can lead a group. The leadership is based on the leader’s honesty.
